2. Secure & Power On

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable international shipping services, offering standard, tracked, or express delivery depending on the option selected at checkout.

• Standard shipping tends to take between 15 to 45 days for many international destinations.
  
• For faster shipping options (e.g. express / premium), delivery may be faster — often in the range of 7 to 15 days, depending on courier and destination.
  
• Once we dispatch your order and tracking is available, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can monitor progress.
  

Processing Time

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. (This covers order confirmation, packaging, and handing over to the courier.)
  

Shipping Costs

• Shipping cost depends on your location and the shipping method selected. We may offer free or subsidised shipping for certain orders — details will be displayed at checkout.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (or the date shown as delivered) — unless otherwise specified.
  
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition/packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Items that are custom, intimate, or otherwise marked as non-returnable may be excluded — we'll note that if it applies.
  

How to Return / Request a Refund

1. Contact us at (Info@blendvibe.com) with your order number and reason for return (e.g. wrong item, damaged, change of mind).
   
2. We will give you instructions — including where to return the item (return address) and whether you or we will cover return shipping.
   
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process refund or exchange.
   

Refunds

• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
  
• Please allow up to 7 business days after we confirm the return for the refund to appear.
  

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged, etc.), we cover return shipping costs.
  
• If the return is due to change of mind or buyer’s choice, customers are responsible for return shipping (unless otherwise agreed).
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos as evidence. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item.
